- 5’s Implementation and Monitoring • Preparing Monthly Production Plan • Production Planning Discussion with Dispatch Team • Machine-wise Production Planning with CNC program documentation • Preparing Daily Machine-wise Production Reports • Training staff on Production and Dispatch Plan, including CNC programming fundamentals where necessary • Reviewing Supervisor Reports on Previous Day’s Operator Production • Preparing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) with Documentation for Areas with Low Production • Attending Daily Meetings with Management and Production Teams • Discussing Prioritized Production Plans with Supervisors, with Proper Documentation • Daily Coordination with Maintenance Team to Ensure All Machines (Including CNC Machines) are Operational • With Coordination from Supervisors and Maintenance Manager, Maintain Adequate Stock of CNC and Other Machine Spares with Proper Documentation • Define and Document TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) & TQM (Total Quality Management) Implementation Programs • Implement TPM & TQM After Management Approval • Define JIT (Just-In-Time) Production Programs for All Areas with Documentation • Submit All Production Documents Daily to Management Before Morning Report • Participate in API Implementation Activities
- Calculate Material Requirements and Follow Up for RM Indents • Update OA Status and Checklist • Verify Raw Material Availability in Stores • Continuously Update Monthly Production Plan as per Priorities • Execute Urgent Orders as Required • Prepare Dispatch Plans • Allocate Stock Gaskets for New Orders When Needed • Ensure Effective Plant Layouts to Maximize Production Efficiency, especially for CNC Operations • Prepare and Maintain All SOPs Including CNC-related SOPs • Coordinate with Planning Team Regularly • Conduct Capacity Planning (In-House & Subcontracting) • Define and Plan Monthly Production as per Min-Max Stock Levels • Prepare and Monitor Task Cards, and Ensure Reporting • Keep All Stakeholders Updated About Dispatches and Manufacturing Plans • Ensure All CNC Programs Are Optimized for Cycle Time, Tool Life, and Quality • Troubleshoot CNC Program Issues and Support Operators When Needed • Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives in CNC Machining Processes
