Job brief:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Executive to manage and supervise the HR department staff. The ideal candidate is required to stay up-to-date with changes in work legislation and industry standards. They will oversee recruitment and selection processes. In this role, the HR Executive must work with the accounting department and management.
Roles and responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.
Manage and supervise any and are HR related query.
Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Design and run employee training and development programs.
Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
Provide HR support and guidance to employees.
Finalize labor payment on time every month according to compliances.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience in recruiting and organizational development.
Knowledge of MS Office, HR analytics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
