Job Summary
We are urgently hiring Solar Engineers / Technicians for installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of solar power systems.
Freshers with basic electrical knowledge and interest in renewable energy are welcome, along with experienced candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of Solar PV systems (On-grid / Off-grid / Hybrid)
- Module mounting, structure fixing, and DC/AC cable laying
- Inverter installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting
- Earthing, lightning protection, and electrical terminations
- Site survey and basic load / capacity assessment
- Preventive maintenance and breakdown support
- Monitoring system performance and identifying faults
- Ensuring compliance with electrical safety and site procedures
Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Experienced candidates to handle site work independently
- Basic knowledge of:
- Solar modules, inverters, junction boxes
- DC & AC cabling, earthing systems
- Electrical tools and safety practices
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required
- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
