- We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Principal to lead and manage our CBSE International School. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strong academic leadership, maintaining high educational standards, developing staff, and creating a safe, positive, and inspiring learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective academic and administrative leadership to the school.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE curriculum, policies, and educational standards.
- Develop and implement academic plans, school policies, and improvement strategies.
- Supervise and evaluate teachers and support staff.
- Monitor teaching quality, student performance, examinations, and academic progress.
- Encourage innovative teaching methods and technology-enabled learning.
- Maintain discipline and promote a positive school culture.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and management.
- Organize staff meetings, parent interactions, school events, and academic activities.
- Manage school operations, including timetables, facilities, safety, and resources.
- Mentor and motivate teachers to improve professional performance.
- Handle student and parent concerns professionally.
- Prepare and monitor the school's annual academic and development plans.
- Represent the school at meetings, educational events, and external forums.
- Promote the school's vision, values, reputation, and overall growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Master’s degree with B.Ed./M.Ed. or equivalent qualification.
- 8–15 years of experience in school education, preferably with experience in a CBSE school.
- Previous experience in a Principal/Vice Principal/Academic Coordinator leadership role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and school administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage teachers, students, parents, and administrative teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of modern teaching methodologies and educational technology.
- Passionate about student development and academic excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively with school management and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
