About the Role
As a Generalist, you'll work across Operations, Business Development, Platform Management, Customer Support, Research, and Community Growth. Every day will present new opportunities to learn, solve problems, interact with people, and contribute directly to building a purpose-driven startup.

This is not a traditional departmental role.
What You'll Do
Business Development & Expert Acquisition
- Research and identify premium wellbeing experts across India.
- Build and maintain expert databases using online research and AI-powered tools.
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and collaborators.
Platform Operations & Support
- Support expert onboarding, KYC verification, and profile setup.
- Review and moderate listings to ensure quality and compliance with platform guidelines.
- Assist experts and seekers throughout their platform journey.
- Coordinate operational activities before and after events.
Marketing & Community
- Create basic content for social media, presentations, and communication materials.
- Support community engagement initiatives.
- Represent SvaVeda during webinars, events, and networking opportunities.
Research & Product Growth
- Track industry trends and competitor activities.
- Explore AI tools and productivity software to improve internal workflows.
- Share operational insights and customer feedback to help improve the platform.

- Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI tools
- Internet research and data organization
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Professional communication over calls, emails, and WhatsApp

- Basic graphic design

- Workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Knowledge of regional Indian languages
