We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to handle inbound customer service calls for a leading banking process. The role involves assisting customers with banking-related queries, account information, digital banking support, and service requests while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from banking customers professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with account-related queries, balance inquiries, transaction details, and banking services.
- Provide support for debit cards, credit cards, internet banking, mobile banking, and UPI-related concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, security guidelines, and quality standards.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service level targets.
- Educate customers about banking products and available services.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (if applicable).
- Knowledge of banking products and digital banking services will be an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate, Graduate or Any Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Customer Service, BPO, Banking, Financial Services, or Call Center operations is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and listening skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
