#### Job Summary
looking for a **Finishing Engineer** to oversee and manage finishing works at residential project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising activities such as plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, sanitary fittings, doors & windows installation, and overall finishing quality. The role involves coordinating with contractors, architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.
#### Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and monitor all finishing works at project sites.
* Ensure quality standards and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
* Conduct site inspections, snagging, and handover activities.
* Track project progress and maintain site documentation.
* Ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.
#### Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
* Knowledge of finishing works, site supervision, and quality control.
* Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
* Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Prior experience in residential construction projects preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
