Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Online Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries and drive sales through digital channels. The ideal candidate should be confident in engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable jewellery products and converting leads into successful sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, the website, email and other online platforms.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable natural and lab-grown diamond jewellery.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Provide product information, pricing, certifications and order assistance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver a premium and personalized customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Stay updated on jewellery collections, diamond knowledge and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Well-experienced in online sales, customer relationship management or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer handling and sales closing abilities.
- Confidence in communicating through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and social media.
- Fluent in English (additional international language skills are an advantage).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the diamond, jewellery, luxury retail or fine jewellery industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of natural and lab-grown diamonds will be an added advantage.
- Experience handling international customers is preferred.

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays working every month)
