Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive / CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, generate sales, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and customer support.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales updates.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and follow-up.
Required Skills

Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or CRM.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication is an added advantage).
