Job Title: Lead Creative Strategist
Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Lead Creative Strategist from an advertising agency background who can combine strategic thinking with exceptional copy-writing and storytelling skills. The role involves leading creative development for brand campaigns across print, outdoor, film, and integrated media while managing client relationships and mentoring creative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop creative strategies, campaign concepts, and communication platforms for brands.
* Write compelling copy for hoardings, print ads, brochures, brand campaigns, and other mainline advertising formats.
* Conceptualize and write scripts for TVCs, ad films, digital films, corporate films, and short films.
* Lead ideation sessions and transform client briefs into impactful creative solutions.
* Present concepts and campaign ideas confidently to clients and senior stakeholders.
* Collaborate with servicing, design, production, and strategy teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Guide and mentor copywriters, designers, and creative team members, ensuring high-quality creative output.
* Stay updated on consumer trends, market insights, and emerging storytelling formats.
Requirements:
* 9+ years of experience in a reputed advertising agency.
* Strong expertise in mainline advertising, brand communication, and campaign development.
* Proven experience in copy-writing for OOH, print, and integrated campaigns.
* Strong script-writing experience for ad films, brand films, and short-format content.
* Demonstrated experience in team leadership, client management, and campaign presentations.
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
* A strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns across traditional and film-led media

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
