Job Title: AI Trading Operations Analyst - Crypto & Multi-Asset Markets
Location: Remote, India
Shift: Night shift aligned with U.S. hours, approx. 9 AM-7 PM ET / 6:30 PM-4:30 AM IST
Role Type: Full-time, shift-based remote role
We are hiring an AI Trading Operations Analyst to monitor and support a live agent-assisted trading account focused on short-interval market opportunities, beginning with 15-minute Bitcoin and Ethereum trades.
This is a human-in-the-loop trading operations role. You will monitor activity in real time, track performance, identify issues, document trade behavior, and escalate anything that violates trading rules, system expectations, or risk limits.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor live interval trades across BTC, ETH, and future supported markets
- Track entries, exits, position size, P&L, win/loss rate, drawdowns, and execution quality
- Watch for API failures, delayed executions, duplicate orders, abnormal losses, or rule breaks
- Follow strict SOPs, risk limits, and escalation rules
- Maintain daily logs and structured handoff notes for the U.S. team
- Help improve dashboards, checklists, playbooks, and reporting
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of finance, crypto, trading discipline, and risk control
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working India night shift
- Good with dashboards, spreadsheets, alerts, and AI-assisted workflows
- Excellent written English
- High integrity and ability to follow rules exactly
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
