Saakaar Academy is looking for a dynamic and motivated Education Counsellor to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, a passion for guiding students, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course features, fees, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Participate in educational seminars, career fairs, and promotional activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
