Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications across frontend and backend
- Build reusable components and scalable APIs
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers
- Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and code reviews
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Integrate third-party services and APIs
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Core Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in React.js for frontend development
- Solid experience with Node.js for backend development
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integrations
- Working knowledge of Git version control
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development
- Experience working on real-world projects or production applications
Preferred Competencies
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
