Role Description
· This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Chennai. Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to introduce and promote the company's real estate services. The role involves lead generation, engaging with prospective clients through phone calls, addressing inquiries, providing customer support, and fostering strong client relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. Identify and qualify sales opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall goals of the company will be key aspects of this role. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications
· Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively addressing client inquiries and building rapport
. Any Graduate
· 1-2 years of proven experience in tele calling, inside sales, or a similar role. preferrable in Real estate will be added advantage .
· Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales strategies to identify and convert potential leads
· Experience in Customer Support to ensure a positive client experience and resolve concerns promptly
· Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive sales environment
· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
· Familiarity with real estate products and services is a plus
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
