About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, data processing, model deployment, and AI-driven applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and impactful AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world business problems.
· Build and optimize data pipelines for model training and inference.
· Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, classification models, and NLP-based solutions.
· Work with large datasets to perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
· Implement and maintain AI/ML solutions in production environments.
· Monitor model performance and continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency.
· Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
· Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and related technologies.
· Document model architectures, experiments, and deployment processes.
· Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and model governance.
Education Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
What You Bring:
· 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
· Strong programming skills in Python.
· Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
· Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
· Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and optimization.
· Proficiency in working with large datasets using Pandas, NumPy, SQL, and related tools.
· Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
· Knowledge of REST APIs and integration of AI/ML models into applications.
· Familiarity with Git, version control, and software development best practices.
· Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
