The Guest Relation Executive(GRE) is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting them during their stay, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The role includes handling guest queries and complaints, coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs, and collecting guest feedback. The executive plays an important role in maintaining service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Welcome and assist guests to ensure a pleasant stay
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and other departments
- Maintain guest records and feedback for service improvement
- Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 10th, Inter/Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in guest relations or front office (freshers may apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, courteous, and customer-focused
- Willingness to work in shifts
