Job Summary:
RMV is looking for an experienced and dynamic Client & Site Manager who can independently handle real estate projects, site operations, client coordination, and team management. The candidate should have strong leadership skills along with practical knowledge of civil construction and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage overall site operations and real estate projects
- Coordinate with clients regarding project updates and requirements
- Manage manpower, vendors, contractors, and on-site staff
- Ensure timely execution and completion of projects
- Monitor site progress, quality, and safety standards
- Handle project planning, reporting, and daily operational activities
- Coordinate with management regarding project status and requirements
- Resolve site-level issues and maintain smooth workflow
Required Skills:
- Strong people handling and team management skills
- Excellent client coordination and communication abilities
- Practical knowledge of civil construction and site execution
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong project coordination and reporting skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Real Estate/Construction Project Management
- MBA mandatory
- Candidate should have hands-on experience in site management and client handling
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
