Job Overview: Cylsys Software Solution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic,
and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. This role
is ideal for candidates who are passionate about Sales, Marketing, Client Relationship
Management, and Business Development. The selected candidate will play a key role in
generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to
the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation,
networking, and business development activities.
Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients to expand the customer base.
Communicate with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and
recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct outbound sales calls, follow-ups, and client meetings to convert leads into
business opportunities.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships through regular
communication and support.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up
schedules using internal databases.
Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, quotations, and other salesrelated documentation.
Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Team to achieve monthly and quarterly
business targets.
Perform market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend analysis to identify
new business opportunities.
Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and business
partners.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
Confidence in handling client interactions, telephonic conversations, and business
meetings.
Good understanding of Sales, Marketing, Lead Generation, and Business Development
concepts.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented
environment.
Strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
Fresher’s with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to
apply.
Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development,
Lead Generation, Customer Support, Tele calling, or Client Coordination will be
preferred.
