We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, and Technical positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
- Resume screening and candidate shortlisting
- Interview coordination and follow-up
- End-to-end recruitment management
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Coordinating with hiring managers for position closures
Requirements:
- 2–8 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in Engineering or Technical hiring preferred
- Strong sourcing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
Pay: ₹10,460.82 - ₹30,854.49 per month
