Job Overview
We are seeking eager and motivated Business Consultant Trainees to join our growing team. This entry-level role provides hands-on exposure to bridging client business needs with IT solutions like digital transformation, automation, ERP, AI systems, and custom apps. Under mentorship, trainees will develop into strategic consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Discovery
- Assist in understanding client business models, problems, and goals (shadow senior meetings).
- Support client meetings, presentations, and demos (prepare materials).
- Help build client relationships under guidance.
Solution Design & Recommendation
- Identify basic opportunities for digital transformation & automation (with team support).
- Learn to recommend IT solutions (apps, ERP, websites, AI, automation).
- Assist technical team in preparing proposals.
Business Development & Growth
- Support lead conversion activities.
- Help build referral networks and partnerships.
- Track pipeline and targets (learning metrics).
Requirements:
Experience: Freshers
Qualifications:
- BBA
- Strong academics with interest in tech & business
- Internships/case competitions preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Eagerness to learn in fast-paced environment
- Good communication (English/Malayalam)
- Basic business/IT understanding
- Self-motivated, target-oriented
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
