Job description
Master’s degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology or a closely related field.
Preferably 1–3 years of counselling or mental-health program experience; strong fresh graduates may also be considered.
Support development and review of ASHA’s mental-health conversations, psychoeducation, assessments, and interventions.
Help design realistic user scenarios covering stress, anxiety, relationships, academics, loneliness, sleep, and emotional well-being.
Review AI chatbot responses for empathy, appropriateness, safety, and psychological accuracy.
Coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists, AI researchers, and software developers to translate clinical requirements into the platform.
Assist with user studies, participant coordination, interviews, feedback collection, and research documentation.
Support development and testing of risk-identification, escalation, and referral workflows for users requiring professional support.
Maintain mental-health resources, counsellor/referral information, study records, and project documentation.
Strong communication, empathy, organizational skills, and interest in AI-enabled mental healthcare; position based in Delhi NCR/Faridabad.
