Branch CRM Manager
Location: Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process by maintaining client communication, tracking project progress, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the technical team's daily and monthly project output, coordinate work allocation, and ensure timely project completion with quality standards.
- Plan and track revenue targets, follow up on client payments, monitor collections, and support the branch in achieving monthly revenue goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA.
- 2–5 years of experience in CRM, Operations, Client Relationship, or Team Management.
- Good communication, leadership, and MS Excel skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
