### Key Responsibilities
* Generate and follow up with potential property buyers and investors.
* Understand customers' budget, location, and property requirements.
* Recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
* Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
* Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients.
* Build strong and long-term relationships with customers.
* Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and deal closure.
### Candidate Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
* Good customer-handling skills.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
* Willingness to make calls and meet potential clients.
* Basic knowledge of Jaipur's real estate market is an advantage.
* **Freshers are welcome** — training will be provided.
* Previous experience in real estate, sales, insurance, banking, or business development will be an added advantage.
