About the Role
We are looking for hands-on Electrical Maintenance Engineers who are interested in core industrial operations and process plant work.
This role is suited for candidates who:
- Prefer practical, field-based engineering work
- Are comfortable working in a 24×7 plant environment
- Want to build strong fundamentals in electrical maintenance of process industries
Key Responsibilities
- Operation & maintenance of:
- HT / LT Panels
- ACB, VCB, MCB systems
- VFDs, UPS systems
- Motors, Pumps, Compressors, Chillers
- Basic instrumentation handling:
- RTD, Pressure / Flow Transmitters
- Support utilities and plant systems:
- DG Sets, RO Plant, Boiler, Heaters, Fuel Handling Systems
- Basic exposure to:
- PLC systems
- CCTV / computer-based monitoring systems
- Troubleshooting breakdowns and ensuring continuous plant operation
- Working in coordination with production and utility teams
Candidate Profile (Important)
- Interested in chemical / process plant maintenance preferred
- Strong interest in hands-on work (not desk-based role)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Basic understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems
