Qualification: Postgraduate in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Experience: 3–5 years in child protection/NGO sector
Join Udayan Care and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children in need of care and protection. The Program Coordinator (PIC) will oversee child care, rehabilitation, documentation, legal compliance, education support, and team management at our Udayan Ghar homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Child admissions & care planning
- Case documentation & legal compliance
- Coordination with CWCs/JJBs & government bodies
- Educational, medical & emotional support for children
- Staff supervision & training
- Ensuring child safeguarding and JJ Act compliance
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of JJ Act, POCSO & child safeguarding
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace & MIS tools
