Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Positioning
AEC Outreach: Develop specialized marketing materials (catalogs, technical sheets, and samples) tailored for Architects, Engineers, and Contractors (AEC).
Showroom Management: Oversee the visual merchandising and customer experience within brand showrooms or dealer outlets.
Digital Presence: Manage social media campaigns highlighting product durability, aesthetics (e.g., Ghibli-inspired or modern minimalist styles), and installation success stories.
Trade Shows: Organize and represent the brand at construction and interior design exhibitions (e.g., ACETECH).
Sales & Business Development
Channel Sales: Manage and expand a network of dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
Project Sales: Identify and bid on large-scale residential and commercial real estate projects.
Technical Consultation: Work closely with the production team to understand material specifications (solid wood, flush doors, PVC, etc.) to provide accurate quotes and timelines.
Site Coordination: Ensure seamless coordination between the sales team and site supervisors for accurate measurements and installation.
Strategic Leadership
Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in home decor, such as the rising demand for charcoal grey finishes, smart locks, or sustainable materials.
Pricing Strategy: Develop competitive pricing models for different product tiers (e.g., budget-friendly vs. premium designer doors).
CRM Management: Track the sales funnel from initial inquiry to final delivery and warranty registration.
Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Interior Design. An MBA is a plus.
Experience: 2.5+ years in the Real Estate or Building companies.
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
