Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven BDE – Online Bidder to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bidding process, generating business through online platforms, and contributing to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the complete bid lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to proposal submission on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Analyze client requirements and create effective bid strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Prepare customized and compelling proposals to convert leads into projects.
- Maintain accurate records of bids, client communications, and pricing details.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure high-quality and feasible proposals.
- Follow up with clients and manage communication to increase conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- Continuously improve bidding strategies, templates, and processes for better efficiency.
- Ensure timely submission of all bids while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and digital platforms (preferred).
- Ability to handle multiple bids and meet deadlines.
- Good communication.
