We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at Videoline Surveillance Services Pvt Ltd, under the brand AVAIVI. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, ensuring efficient communication, and facilitating the coordination of various tasks. This position reports directly to the Director and involves collaboration with Tier 2 and Tier 3 dealers, as well as handling essential administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
1) Sales Team Support:
a) Coordinate daily activities and movements of the sales team.
b) Ensure seamless communication between team members and departments.
c) Assist in organizing and scheduling sales meetings and appointments.
d) Follow up to get daily reports from each salesperson's plan for the day and send it to higher authorities.
2) Reporting:
a) Generate and maintain comprehensive MIS (Management Information System) reports.
b) Prepare regular sales reports, highlighting key performance metrics and trends.
c) Generate and oversee daily and weekly performance reports for the sales team.
d) Share reports with upper management on a daily and weekly basis.
3) Partner Coordination:
a) Collaborate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 dealers to facilitate smooth transactions and communication.
b) Address dealer inquiries and provide necessary support.
c) Follow up with clients for payments and update it to the management.
4) Administrative Coordination:
a) Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks within the office.
b) Check PO, prepare PI for advance payment, and send the same to the billing team, following up until product delivery.
c) Work closely with various departments to ensure administrative efficiency.
5) Documentation and Record Keeping:
a) Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
b) Assist in the preparation and organization of sales-related documentation.
c) Scan and save all documents related to orders, order processing, and payment receipts.
6) CRM Management:
a) Manage and oversee CRM activities, ensuring accurate and consistent updates by the team.
b) Check price difference credit notes and send the same to respective clients.
7) Data Compilation and Analysis:
a) Prepare stock reports.
b) Compile data and generate various reports as needed.
c) Conduct Sales Data Analysis and create presentations for decision-making authority.
d) Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory.
e) Manage leads data from different platforms on a daily/monthly basis.
f) Clean, analyze, and present large data sets, dealing with large and complex data.
g) Use Excel formulas like VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, COUNTIF, HLOOKUP, Data validation, Pivot Table, etc.
h) Perform basic statistical work, including filtering and sorting data in various ways.
8) Lead Management:
a) Source new sales/procurement opportunities through follow-ups on inbound leads.
b) Manage leads and assignments in the sales department through CRM software.
c) Handle inquiries and send them to the respective sales teams across India.
9) Communication Skills:
a) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
b) Fast learner, flexible attitude, and adaptability to evolving technologies and work profile.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
