Proven work experience as an Instructional Designer in the EdTech Industry. Must be creative and have passion for Instructional Designing, e-learning content development and making the technical courses visually appealing. Must be highly focused on growth of the Organization, excellent written and verbal communication skills, MS Office proficiency and should be a great team player.
Job Description
● Developing highly compelling eLearning content
● Deep understanding of instructional design learning principles
● Develop the content into standard, high quality content
● Develop Storyboard and visualizations at its best to describe the content
● Great creative thinking to convert training content into visually pleasing content
● Creating PPT based storyboards
● Expertise in Microsoft-PowerPoint Presentation
● Candidate must possess good command over English language
● Analytical skills to be able to determine the correct information
● Dynamic, flexible and must possess great teamwork attitude
● Deep understanding of instructional design, learning principles, and accessibility
● Experience in creating online courses, mobile courses, micro-learning experiences
● Track record of leading instructional design projects successfully
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
