Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email. Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Verify customer KYC documents. Coordinate vehicle delivery and return schedules. Maintain booking records and update the CRM. Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally. Follow up with customers for payments and feedback. Collect Google reviews after successful rentals. Coordinate with the fleet team to ensure vehicle availability. Prepare daily booking and operations reports.
- Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (English and Kannada). Tamil or Hindi is an added advantage. Good customer service and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings. Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Qualifications
- 12 Pass or Any Graduate (Preferred) 1–3 years of experience in customer service, operations, travel, hospitality, or a similar role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
