Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Control within the pressure vessel or fabrication industry.
- Good knowledge of ASME Section VIII Division 1.
- Familiarity with ASME Section II, Section V (NDT), and Section IX (Welding Qualifications).
- Knowledge of material traceability, WPS/PQR/WPQ, ITP, QAP, and MDR documentation.
- Experience in dimensional inspection, welding inspection, and stage-wise quality checks.
- Knowledge of NDT methods such as VT, PT, MT, RT, and UT.
- Familiarity with pressure testing (hydrostatic and pneumatic) and final inspection.
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and engineering documents.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Ensure compliance with ASME codes, project specifications, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production, welding, and third-party inspection agencies.
- Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and Manufacturing Data Records (MDR).
- Handle customer and Authorized Inspector inspections and resolve quality-related issues.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
