About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales organization, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing sales strategies, managing teams, and achieving ambitious business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Establish sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align business objectives.
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Design and implement sales processes, tools, and best practices.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced business qualification.
- Experience in Education/ Aviation and Hospitality sector.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
