Culinary Trainer – Faculty Development

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 per month (Based on Experience)

About the Role
NFCI Group of Education is looking for an experienced Culinary Trainer to lead the training and development of our Faculty Chefs across multiple campuses. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary expertise, a passion for mentoring, and the ability to introduce modern cooking techniques, standardized training modules, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and upskill Faculty Chefs on advanced culinary techniques and global food trends.
- Develop standardized practical training modules, recipes, and SOPs for all campuses.
- Conduct regular workshops, masterclasses, and skill enhancement sessions.
- Introduce innovative cooking methods, plating styles, and menu development concepts.
- Ensure standardization of practical teaching methods across all NFCI campuses.
- Train faculty on food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and kitchen management practices.
- Evaluate faculty performance and recommend improvement plans.
- Stay updated with emerging culinary trends and integrate them into the curriculum.
- Coordinate with Academic and Management teams to enhance training quality.
- Travel to NFCI campuses for faculty training and quality audits when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef, Corporate Chef, Master Trainer, or Culinary Trainer.
- Strong expertise in Indian, Continental, Oriental, Bakery & Patisserie, and International cuisines.
- Experience in training chefs or hospitality faculty is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel across campuses.
