Business Development Manager (BDM) – Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular builder visits to generate new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Identify and onboard new real estate projects and developers to expand the company's portfolio.
- Explore and identify new markets, emerging locations, and business opportunities for company growth.
- Schedule, coordinate, and attend daily business meetings with builders, clients, and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication, and relationship management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including CRM software and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel for builder meetings, market surveys, and business development activities.
