We're looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor who understands social media, loves storytelling, and can transform raw footage into engaging content that captures attention within the first few seconds.

Key Responsibilities
As our Video Editor, you'll be responsible for:
- Editing short-form content for Instagram Reels and Meta platforms.
- Creating compelling edits using storytelling, pacing, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Selecting the best takes and structuring videos for maximum audience retention.
- Performing professional color correction and color grading.
- Mixing and enhancing audio for a polished final output.
- Adding subtitles, captions, animations, transitions, and visual effects where required.
- Working closely with our content strategists, videographers, and social media team.
- Managing multiple client projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Organizing project files, assets, and maintaining efficient editing workflows.
- Staying updated with editing trends, viral formats, transitions, and social media algorithms.
- Contributing creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
Required Skills & QualificationsMust Have
- Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing short-form social media content.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good understanding of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animations.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, timing, and visual composition.
- Excellent knowledge of sound design, music synchronization, and rhythm.
- Experience with color correction and cinematic color grading.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a creative agency.
- Experience creating content for restaurants, cafés, pubs, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of current Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content trends.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and workflow optimization.
- Photography or videography knowledge is an added advantage.

Candidates should be proficient in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop (Basic)
- Adobe Illustrator (Basic)
