We’re searching for a creative video editor (work from Office), who’s obsessed with quality and knows how to make short-form social media videos pop. If you’ve got a year of professional editing under your belt, and you love working on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook videos, you’ll fit right in. Our goal? Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Cutting and shaping eye-catching short videos for Instagram Reels and other platforms.
- Grabbing viewers fast, your hooks pull people in within seconds.
- Tailoring videos specifically for platform formats like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Adding effects, transitions, captions, and music that make the visuals pop.
- Spotting what’s trending and weaving those ideas into your edits seamlessly.
- Working side by side with our content and marketing teams to make sure every video matches our brand vibe.
- Doing basic color fixes, audio tweaks, and video formatting so everything looks and sounds clean.
- Managing raw footage, organizing your files, and getting edits delivered on time.
Required Skills
- Skills in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar tools.
- Flexibility switching between desktop and mobile editing.
- one year of professional, full-time editing experience (freelance gigs don’t count.)
- Familiarity with OBS Studio (recording, live session setup, screen capture) preferred
Education:
- Either pursuing or completed undergraduate/graduation in any field.
- Added bonus if you have a certificate in Multimedia or Video Editing.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Someone with a solid one year of full-time editing experience.(Freelance Experience will not be considered)
- A passion for social media content that’s hard to miss.
- Quick to learn from feedback and improve.
- A strong sense of visual storytelling.
