Job Summary:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally and courteously.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
- Manage visitor registrations, maintain reception logs, and issue visitor passes.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting areas are well-prepared.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier services, mail, and office correspondence.
- Maintain front desk records, office supplies, and ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, document filing, and report preparation.
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, and other departments for employee and visitor-related requirements.
- Assist in travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, and calendar management when required.
- Ensure adherence to office policies, security procedures, and maintain confidentiality of company information.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
