- Supervise epoxy flooring projects at client sites.
- Ensure surface preparation, application, and finishing are carried out as per specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Manage labor deployment, material consumption, and site resources.
- Monitor quality, safety, and project timelines.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare daily progress reports.
- Handle site-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain project documentation and material records.
- Experience in epoxy flooring, PU flooring, industrial flooring, or construction chemicals.
- Knowledge of floor preparation, grinding, shot blasting, and epoxy application processes.
- Ability to manage manpower and subcontractors.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel to project locations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
