About the Role
Countrywide Visas is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Associates to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into clients.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or visa/immigration consultancy will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and assigned leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information about our visa and immigration services.
- Follow up with potential clients regularly and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the documentation and operations teams for smooth client processing.
- Provide timely updates to clients throughout the sales process.
- Ensure professional and customer-focused communication at all times.
Requirements
- Fresher to 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates from sales, insurance, banking, real estate, education, travel, or immigration backgrounds are welcome.
