Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administrative tasks
- Maintain office files and documents
- Answer phone calls and assist visitors
- Perform data entry and update records
- Coordinate with team members for office activities
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize supplies
- Assist management with day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Email
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
