Job Title: Customer Support Intern
Role Overview:We are looking for a Customer Support Intern/Fresher to join our Dreamcast team and assist in handling customer queries related to our cashless services. The ideal candidate should be smart, proactive, and a quick learner, with strong communication skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries related to cashless transactions and services.
- Provide clear and accurate information to users through chat, email, or calls.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and guide customers through the resolution process.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when required.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach while interacting with customers.
- Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling customer conversations and queries.
- Basic understanding of digital payments is a plus.
- Smart, attentive, and able to think on their feet.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jaipur, Rajasthan (Jaipur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
