Field Marketing Executive
Moto Guids is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Marketing Executive to expand our business network by onboarding motorcycle spare parts dealers, accessories shops, service centers, and mechanics. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to represent the company in the field and achieve business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit motorcycle spare parts shops, accessories stores, service centers, and garages to introduce Moto Guids.
- Onboard new sellers and mechanics onto the Moto Guids platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners.
- Demonstrate the benefits and features of the Moto Guids platform.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and marketing targets.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management team.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and field marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Field Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- A valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
