Job Summary
Simfy Group is looking for a technically strong Digital Marketing Executive who can use AI, automation, analytics and digital advertising tools to generate and manage quality leads. The candidate will work across multiple Simfy brands and build efficient marketing and lead-management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads with strong geo-targeting.
- Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking and UTMs.
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI platforms for lead generation, reporting and workflow automation.
- Create and manage landing pages, enquiry forms and WhatsApp lead flows.
- Review CRM data and identify pending follow-ups, lead quality and sales gaps.
- Automate marketing workflows using Apps Script, Zapier, Make or n8n.
- Prepare campaign, location and lead-performance dashboards.
- Build targeted prospect databases from approved public sources.
Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of AI tools and prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads and geo-targeting.
- Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Good knowledge of automation tools and CRM workflows.
- Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and improve qualified lead generation.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, Computer Applications or a related field. Practical experience and demonstrated work will be given more importance than certificates
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
