Job Summary
Cayana Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee the execution of residential building construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of civil engineering practices, site supervision, quality control, contractor coordination, and construction safety. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project execution while maintaining quality standards and compliance with approved drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day execution of residential building construction activities.
- Monitor RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, and finishing works.
- Execute work as per structural drawings, architectural drawings, and approved construction specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Vendors, and Labour Teams.
- Ensure construction quality as per IS Codes and industry standards.
- Verify bar bending schedules (BBS), reinforcement detailing, and concrete quality.
- Monitor labour productivity and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), labour reports, and material consumption reports.
- Check work measurements and maintain measurement books (MB).
- Coordinate material planning, inventory, and site logistics.
- Conduct quality inspections and identify construction defects.
- Ensure timely rectification of snag lists and punch points.
- Monitor project schedules and assist in achieving construction milestones.
- Implement site safety procedures and ensure compliance with EHS standards.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and progress updates.

Qualifications

Experience
- 6-12 Years of experience in residential or commercial building construction.
- Experience in high-rise or multi-storey residential projects will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing.
- Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings independently.
- Experience in contractor and subcontractor management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and team coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under project timelines and deadlines.
