About Us: GOOD FLIPPIN’ BURGERS® was launched in 2019 in Mumbai. The brand currently has a total of 71 outlets (and counting) across Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai supported by a team of 750+.
Key Responsibilities:
a. Leadership and Team Management:
o Lead and inspire a large team across multiple stores, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
o Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members are motivated, engaged, and equipped to deliver exceptional service.
b. Operations Management:
o Oversee day-to-day operations of restaurants, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to brand standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
o Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
c. Customer Service and Satisfaction:
o Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction to drive customer loyalty and positive reviews.
o Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and effectively, taking proactive measures to enhance the overall experience.
d. Business Performance:
o Drive sales growth and profitability by analysing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
o Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans & initiatives to drive business growth, expand market presence, and stay ahead of industry trends.
e. Brand Standards and Compliance:
o Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency in product quality, service delivery, and overall guest experience across all restaurants.
o Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards, maintaining a safe & secure environment for employees & guests and other legal requirements.
f. Interdepartmental Coordination:
o Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
o Work closely with internal departments such as HR, marketing, finance, and operations to align strategies, share insights, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Key Requirements:
· A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in F&B Operations.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
· Proven experience in a similar role within the quick service/fast food industry, managing multiple locations and large teams.
· Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
· Proficiency in various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, etc).
· Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
· Flexible to travel within the city & Pan India
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
