Position Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, increasing company revenue, and expanding Kriday Constructions' market presence. The role requires strategic planning, client acquisition, proposal preparation, negotiation, and coordination with technical and project teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with architects, consultants, builders, developers, industries, hospitals, schools, and corporate clients.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits.
- Explore government and private sector opportunities.
Sales Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare project proposals and commercial quotations.
- Conduct client presentations and project discussions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and forecast.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address client queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
Market Development
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Identify new business segments and emerging opportunities.
- Recommend pricing and marketing strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Coordination
- Work closely with the estimation, design, procurement, and project execution teams.
- Ensure smooth handover of awarded projects to execution teams.
- Support the preparation of tender documents where required.
Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track KPIs and sales performance.
- Maintain CRM records and customer databases.
- Present business updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
Experience
- 5–10 years of sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years in construction, real estate, infrastructure, building materials, or related industries.
- Experience in B2B sales and project-based selling is preferred.
