About the Role
Ferromonk Steel Structure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Visual Content Capture Executive who will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos of our manufacturing plant, construction sites, client projects, and company events. The candidate will work closely with the Content Creator and Marketing team to provide engaging visual content for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit project sites, factories, and client locations to capture professional photos and videos.
- Shoot construction progress, installation activities, product showcases, employee activities, and corporate events.
- Assist the Content Creator with planning and executing video shoots.
- Operate DSLR, mirrorless cameras, smartphones, gimbals, and other basic shooting equipment.
- Ensure proper lighting, framing, and composition while capturing content.
- Organize and maintain photo/video files systematically.
- Coordinate with project/site engineers for scheduled shoots.
- Travel to project locations as required.
- Ensure equipment is handled safely and maintained properly.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography.
- Familiarity with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and smartphone videography.
- Understanding of camera angles, lighting, and composition.
- Basic knowledge of reels, social media videos, and corporate content.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Graduate in Photography, Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, or any discipline.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in industrial, construction, or corporate shoots will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
