We are looking for dedicated Insurance Advisors who are passionate about customer service, financial education, and long‑term client relationships.
Role Overview
As an Insurance Advisor , you will guide individuals and families to choose suitable insurance plans suited to their income, dependents, and life goals. You will act as a trusted advisor between the customer and the insurer, helping them understand products, complete documentation, and navigate renewals and claims.
This role is ideal for self‑motivated professionals who enjoy sales, conversations, and making a real difference in people’s financial security.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the customer’s income, family profile, and risk profile, and recommend suitable life, health, and other insurance products.
- Explain policy terms—premium, coverage, exclusions, and claim process—in simple, easy‑to‑understand language.
- Collect and verify KYC documents and ensure all proposal forms are filled accurately and compliant with IRDAI and company guidelines.
- Follow up with clients for proposals, policy issuance, and renewals, ensuring smooth service and high retention.
- Assist customers during claims and policy‑service queries, providing support and guiding them through the process.
- Maintain systematic records of prospects, clients, and feedback using CRM / internal tools.
- Conduct basic financial‑needs discussions and introduce clients to relevant products (term life, health, critical‑illness, etc.).
- Achieve monthly / quarterly business targets and meet service quality standards.
Requirements
- Education: Matriculate / 12th pass or higher, any degree is a plus.
- Licenses & Certifications:
- AMFI / NISM / other financial‑sales certifications are an advantage.
- Experience:
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in insurance, banking, finance, or sales is a strong plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication (Hindi & English) and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, WhatsApp, simple CRM tools).
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and comfortable with direct client interaction.
- Empathy and patience to explain complex products in simple words.
