Role Summary
The Head of Analytics will lead the organization’s data-driven decision-making strategy across Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role will be responsible for building and managing the company’s data infrastructure, reporting architecture, dashboards, predictive models, and performance measurement frameworks to enable strategic growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities1. Data Strategy & Governance
· Define and implement a company-wide data framework.
· Establish a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) across systems.
· Develop and enforce data governance standards and policies.
· Implement data quality checks, validation processes, and compliance protocols.
2. Business Intelligence & Dashboards
· Design and build executive dashboards covering:
o Revenue performance
o Sales funnel metrics
o Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
o Lifetime Value (LTV)
o Conversion metrics
o Productivity analytics
· Develop vertical-wise performance dashboards and reports.
· Automate recurring reporting cycles to reduce manual dependency.
3. Advanced Analytics
· Conduct forecasting and trend analysis.
· Perform cohort analysis to identify behavioral insights.
· Build predictive churn models.
· Develop revenue projection and demand forecasting models.
· Create and monitor unit economics models.
4. Performance Management
· Define KPI frameworks for each business vertical.
· Identify performance gaps and improvement areas.
· Provide actionable insights and data-backed recommendations to leadership.
5. Tools & Technology Ownership
· Own and manage BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker).
· Oversee CRM and ERP data integration.
· Manage SQL databases and data warehouse infrastructure.
· Ensure system scalability and analytics maturity.

Required Qualifications
· 8–12+ years of experience in Analytics / Business Intelligence.
· Prior experience in scaling startups preferred.
· Strong expertise in SQL, Advanced Excel, and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau).
· Strong understanding of revenue analytics and operations analytics.
