What you will do:
- Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and digital platforms.
- Identify potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable product/service solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate with technical teams where required.
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline, follow up consistently, and convert leads into closures.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing, and maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Support, Finance & Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Provide regular reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
- Candidate should have 0-1year experience from customer service or sales industry.
- Graduate from any stream (Bcom, BBA, BMS-Marketing)
- Experience in selling Email Solutions such as Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 / Zoho Mail, etc.
- Candidates with experience from industry competitors in cloud hosting, domain, or email solutions would be highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
